We have a NO return policy, which means we do not accept returns once the item has been purchased.
If an item was received damaged you can contact us through email. This will allow the process to start of creating a claim with the shipping services.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In result of damaged product, We may offer a full return

If you received the incorrect item, please email us a picture of the item received, original packaging, and label. We will then review the order details and communicate about a return.
There are no exchanges for another item. If you would like another item, you may purchase that item in a new transaction.
If there is an exception to our policy due to a matter on our end, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
