Refund policy

Returns

We do not accept returns on items bought by mistake. 

If an item was received damaged you can contact us through email. This will allow the process to start of creating a claim with the shipping services.

We do not accept returns for items after 7 days from delivery date. 

You can always contact us for any return question at lpdiecastgarage@gmail.com.

If a return is accepted then you will have 10 days to send the item back. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Any opened items will not be issued a refund. You must ship the model back with ALL original packaging and you (the buyer) are responsible for packaging it back up so it gets returned to us safely. Failure to return model in same condition will result in a deduction of fund or rejection of return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware if the item is opened we will NOT issue refund or return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items cannot be returned after time of purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you received the incorrect item, please email us a picture of the item received, original packaging, and label. We will then review the order details and communicate about a return. 

Exchanges
There are no exchanges for another item.  If you would like another item, you may purchase that item in a new transaction. 

 

Refunds
If there is an exception to our policy due to a matter on our end, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
